We went to the zoo and out the back way. The zoo was on the same elevation as the top of the palace gardens. It was just a 5 minute walk from the back of the zoo to the gardens. We climbed slowly as we looked at the animals. It was not a bad hike since we took the scenic route.

How did you like that hike to the top of the palace gardens? Been there, done that.
